2012 doom Year?
19 01 2012Okay last year there was talk that this year was the end of the world, this was predicted by the man who said the Christchurch earthquakes would happen. So December this year do you think it will be the end for us? I don’t think so but what if it is….

I think there is a 1 in 9999999999999999999999 chance that the world will end this year. Probably less. I’d like to see where any of the evidance toward this prediction came from. Also, people have said that before and nothing happened. I think this is just a ploy to get people to go see end of the world movies. Besides, earthquakes have evidance to when they could occur, not the total inialation of earth!

You have really good points and I already think that the world is NOT going to end this year but you got the estimate wrong it’s a 0.1 out of 99999999999999999999999999999998 but you were very close. The man who said that the world would end is called moon man. I don’t know much about him but you can search him online if you want.

I honestly don’t think the world will end in December! It was meant to end in 2000, and it didn’t. It was also meant to end in 2004, and it didn’t, and last year that asteroid thing called Pandora was meant to crash into the earth and kill everyone, but IT DIDN’T. Why now? Sure, we’ve had plenty of earthquakes and bushfires and tsunamis. And floods. And cyclones… but seriously, that moon man guy has either gotten his estimations wrong or is trying to scare us because he got the Christchurch earthquakes right!
I want everyone that thinks it’s going to end to shut up about it! When it does eventually end nobody will actually care because we’ll all be dead!
Not a very charming thought, I agree, but it’s perfectly true.
Once again, I’m totally against the fact that the world is going to end in December.

I don’t think the world will end this year but nobody knows so best to keep an open mind. I think that moon man is just a guy that got lucky and is trying to scare heaps of people by saying the world will end. I’m pretty sure the world will end when the sun expands the world wil explode or burn, but we will be long gone by than and humans will be exploring the universe in space ships.
